I moved to Quebec City in 2011. I worked in restaurants here for over 10 years, which means I've seen this city's food scene from both sides of the kitchen door and I developed some pretty strong opinions along the way.

I've traveled through Asia and Europe, eaten street food and Michelin-starred tasting menus, and Quebec City still surprises me. We have an extraordinary culinary scene here.
